FB kink

FWIW, "FB" is how I write FaceBook, mostly because I'm lazy, but also because most people know that's what FB is. I have a weird relationship with social media. A part of me loves it, but also because I have chosen to keep my kink compartmentalized away from my vanilla life. As a result, I am careful about being too open.

With that in mind, I do enjoy how playful kink can cross over into the mainstream and I figured since I don't have time for a long update, I'd share a couple little things about FB.

First, you never know what you'll find when you go through someone's pictures. And though I am not out and about on the prowl, it's fun to see what those who are out and about are up to - because not all FB friends are created equal ;)

Now for me, since I'm so private with my kink, there are VERY few crossover friends. Nothing personal, but I really don't want these two worlds to mix. With that in mind, I do sometimes adventure out with a sassy remark here or there - mostly to try and get a funny. Occasionally someone will post something that really piques my interest, like in this instance when my friends' wife got a hold of his account and posted something totally F/D on his profile...Though he never gave me a hint that he might be kinky, I actually wouldn't be at all surprised if that particular guy was a bedroom sub. He's just got that vibe. Either way, his wife clearly knows how to update a status!

It sure is interesting to wonder sometimes, and there's one woman (this is a shot of her with her sister, and I'm not sure which is her...) who I think is a kinkster. She has made just too many updates with a total FemDom tone; from talking about how her boyfriend is doing the dishes, to talking in a sexy way about hurting a boy she's hot for... it all makes me think that she's for real. No way to know for sure, and it doesn't really matter either way, but it's fun to imagine... isn't it?

BTW, if you're on FB and want a laugh, George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek) is the only person who I subscribe to. He's always posting funny pictures. Most are geek related, or gay related, but there's definitely some overlap - like this which has a bit of FD / CFNM vibe to me ;)

Daily Distraction #47 - Animated S/O

Ms.Marie

One of the blogs that I've always kept an eye out there is Ms. Marie, a lifestyle dominant female. She's been blogging for about 18 months now, and at the start she was VERY prolific - averaging over 20 posts a month. But that's slowed over the last year. Greatly. With only 2 total posts from July to September. I had feared that this lovely Mistress was burned out (which happens, all too often to bloggers.)

Fortunately, she's continued to post, and reports that she and her sissy husband still play regularly - though she just hasn't been blogging as often. And I am grateful for that. Its been very interesting over the last year and change to see how the style and tone of it all has evolved. And when I logged in there today and saw the picture she posted from last Thursday, wow. I just had to come over here and gush a bit, because... OMG, that's hot. The corsets, the strapon, the super sexy raven black hair - *melt*

I like their blog for a slew of reasons, and I find their relationship to be one that I'm very happy to see and read out there on the web. They're a wonderful example of an FLR. The relationship has it's moments of real Femdom, it is almost always fun, it seems fully SSC, and most of all it is loving.

It doesn't hurt that she's beautiful and he is fit - and often quite neatly corseted. She sissifies him similarly to the way I fantasize about it. He's fit, but not a petite guy, and he keeps his arm hair, but shaves his legs. It isn't their business, right? We have definite common interests on things too, and though chastity is a rare focus of their lifestyle, discipline, strapons and "somewhat reluctant" sissy training are very regular topics.

It's not just that we're like minded that brings me to her blog. There are some definite differences in interests too. Ms.Marie has talked about seeking a FemSub to join them, and perhaps cuckolding. The former is something I'd probably enjoy, the latter is a total buzz kill for me. Sometimes I wish her hubby would post his thoughts, or maybe have his own blog, where we could get his insights - though its likely I just want to be able to vicariously imagine I'm him. And other times I'm very glad it's solely the female dominant voice.

And really, what's not to like about all that? I am very happy that they've found their dynamic, and I'm grateful that Ms. Marie shares their lifestyle with us. I wish them both the best on their journey.

BTW, a little side rant... What's up with so many people who seem not interested in taking care of our physical health? If you are like me, and want mainstream society respect us, perhaps we could be a good example by ourselves more than the average. We don't all have to look like super athletes, but if we want people to see us as mentally healthy, isn't trying to be physically healthy a good reference point?

"Don't worry, at this stage of the procedure it's quite normal to get an erection," the nurse told me.

"I haven't got an erection," I replied.

Lesson: Don't get a colonoscopy in San Francisco.

Behind the Scenes

Ok, this is the way my fetish mind works (and how some things get on this blog.)

Yesterday I read an article about upcoming funny movies. One film mentions actress Judy Greer playing a shrewish wife (which can be kinda hot.) As I can't recall who she is, I find her on IMDB.

She's got one of those lovely tight dancer bods (actually was a ballerina first btw) - and has the kind of sharp features that can really work for me. A little bookish, but bright eyes and well... so far so good.

So now I wonder if she might smoke in the upcoming film, and does she smoke at all, I mean those ballerinas are pretty serious smokers... I go off to smokingsides and look her up, yup - a likely IRL smoker. Six movies, including an insolent "smoke in your face" moment with Rose McGowan in Jawbreaker. Ok, that's promising. I check the smoking celeb site, not much content out there.

And since there was a particularly interesting blurb about it possibly being a rare 120mm cigarette, in the 2004 film "13 Going on 30" - though only holding, and not smoking actually, I'm curious. FYI - the super long 120mm cigarettes are very rare in mainstream films. So I get a copy of 13/30, and scan through it fast. And as she looks yummy in it, and holds the cig naturally, and moves like a real smoker... I take some screenshots of her in the scene to share on the WWW. FYI - it happens around the 45 min mark in my copy of the film. Just before that, I took some other shots of her tight little body all dolled up with dark red lips, in a very snug and shiny (two of my favorites!) dress with a corselette style top. Yum.Hope you enjoyed the explanation of how some stuff gets here. Oh, and I don't think it was a 120mm, though it's at least a 100mm. A 120mm really is so long before it's smoked down at all, its almost hyper theatrical.
