Ok, this is kinda gruesome, well actually it *IS* gruesome, and it's supposed to be. This CNN article about new FDA anti-smoking package warnings is pretty hard core.
I think it's smart too. Though I don't think anyone deludes themselves about if smoking is bad for you or not. Either way, if that happens - I expect that there will be a big return in cigarette cases.
One thing for sure, the barely anti-smoking ads from the 80s and early 90s have definitely been replaced by some much more serious stuff. I wonder if they've made an effort to stop smoking by positive role models in films, it certainly seems like it. Since around 2000, it seems like the 99% of the people who smoke in movies are either partying, drug addicts, or violent criminals.

It's been an interesting couple of weeks
Sorry I haven't been blogging much, I guess everyone's aware that things are still very transitional at CasaAarkey. But that light at the end of the tunnel is starting to appear. As most of you know, I don't like going into specifics, so how to explain it all can be tricky.To summarize - my wife and my mistress have discussed things enough that a new dynamic is establishing, and on next Saturday I expect that I'll be signing a contract that's exclusively with Lady Regina. How all of it will play out will be interesting.
At first, after getting the full list of expectations and rules from Lady Regina. I was really surprised by my emotional response. At first I thought, geez... most of that doesn't sound like a lot of fun. I wasn't even sure I wanted to go ahead with it.But after mulling it a bit. Talking to my wife, and getting a night to sleep on it - my response did a 180. The feeling like I'm really paying my dues and being dominated and led, totally of service and relieved by "the bondage of self" was very exciting to me.
I'm still trying to wrap my brain about the idea of how chastity will work with it. I know what I like, but I'm not going to force things to fit. I'll leave that to Maru!
