The "worm" at the end of "Lick my boot" was enough to get comments from my comrades. Similarly, I've been known to say Thanks, but... that's just "not it" plenty of times to good folks who send me smoking fetish content. I don't try to snub your effort, but we all have our little things about it.
I've written about it before as stuff I "Do.Not.Get" entries on the blog, and one site that seems to always be "just so close, but never quite right" for me is: humiliatrix.com. LOL! What you say is very true. All it takes is one little thing and *poof!* the fantasy is gone! One of my favorite examples is a dominant partner saying; "o.k. what do you want me to do now?" Kink is an extremely personal thing. Your blog post brought to mind an odd moment from last night. W/we were out to dinner with a friend from out of town and Her in town friend.
The in town friend was open minded and genuinely interested in O/our dynamics. She was especially intrigued by my being described as a personal slave. She later asked if that was a true statement or was done in jest. i assured her that it was indeed true and described what it is like to be Collared.
Then she asked "What are you into?" This took me totally by surprise, not that she asked, but because i couldn't answer. i had not considered this for such a long time that even after pondering for a moment i still couldn't answer. My eventual answer was "Whatever She says i am into." The friend of a friend found that inadequate but i assured her it was the case.
Perusing your post this morning made me recall that conversation (that might have otherwise been lost in the umbrella drink fest from last night.....zombies all around!). This recall made me ponder just how far i have come in my kink.
If i am not mistaken i have gone from occasional kinkster to lifestyle kinkster. So, i suppose that is my kink these days.

S2MN: I definitely don't think anything needs to be labelled to be enjoyed. TPE is just the term I have heard a in the FLR community to describe the "whatever the Domme wants" ideology.
